FV0阻燃等级是针对橡胶的阻燃等级。执行的标准是GB10707-2008。共分为FV0、FV1、FV2等三个级别。FV0具体是指单根试样的有焰时间≤10s；5个试样总有焰时间≤50s；单根试样*二次的有焰时间≤30s；火焰没有蔓延到夹具；燃烧滴落物没有引燃脱脂棉。需要用专门的设备m607水平垂直燃烧测定仪才能判断符合那个阻燃等级。V-0标准是阻燃材料判据UL94中阻燃级别的一种，单个式样次燃烧的时间小于10秒，没有熔滴，这个对火焰的高度和引燃的时间都有规定。正常来说是火苗垂直燃烧12秒,离开后全棉的材料即灭.
耐力板优点与特性:　
光学性能：透光率达50％至92％左右。
抗冲击性能：PC板的耐冲击能约为相同厚度普通玻璃的200倍左右，约为有*玻璃的30倍。
耐候性能：PC板可以在－40℃至120℃左右范围保持各项物理指标的稳定性。
防结露性能：室外温度为0℃，室内温度为23℃，室内相对湿度低于80％左右时，材料的内表面不结露。
阻燃性能：国家标准GB50222—95确认，PC板为难燃B1级。
隔声性能：在厚度相同的条件下，阳光板的隔声量比玻璃提高3—4DB左右。
加工性能：单层PC板可用真空成型法及压力成型法加工多种造型的制件，双层PC板也可在常温下进行冷弯成型。
重量轻：单层PC板的重量约为相同厚度玻璃的1/2左右；双层PC板的重量约为相同厚度玻璃的1/5左右。热性能：在厚度相同的条件下，PC板比玻璃、有*玻璃等材料节能。

Advantages and characteristics of endurance board:
Optical performance: the light transmittance is about 50% to 92%.
Impact resistance: the impact resistance of PC board is about 200 times that of ordinary glass with the same thickness, and about 30 times that of * glass.
Weather resistance: the PC board can maintain the stability of various physical indexes in the range of - 40 ℃ to 120 ℃.
Anti condensation performance: when the outdoor temperature is 0 ℃, the indoor temperature is 23 ℃, and the indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
Flame retardant performance: it is confirmed in the national standard gb50222-95 that PC board is flame retardant grade B1.
Sound insulation performance: under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation loss of the solar panel is about 3-4db higher than that of the glass.
Processing performance: the single-layer PC board can be processed into various shapes by vacuum forming method and pressure forming method, and the double-layer PC board can also be formed by cold bending at room temperature.
Light weight: the weight of single-layer PC board is about 1/2 of that of glass with the same thickness; The weight of double-layer PC board is about 1/5 of that of glass with the same thickness.
