                新型采光节能装饰材料——阳光板

通用型阳光板是用聚碳酸酯生产的一种空心透明的综台性能良好的工程塑料板材,是目前国际上普遍采用的一种、透光、隔音、节能的新型装饰材料。

透光率高

 

阳光板在可见光和近红外光谱区内有很高的透光率,很容易透过可见光。阳光板的厚度为4毫米时,透光率为82%,6毫米时为81%,8毫米时为80%,10毫米时为79%,16毫米时为69%。但对紫外线和远红外线光辐射,则不能透过。这种高透光性

能,使其用途十分广泛。

重量轻

 

阳光板的比重为1.2,其厚度为4毫米时,重量为1公斤,6毫米时为13公斤,8毫米时为15公斤,10毫米时为17公斤。阳光板的重量是相同厚度普通玻璃重量的112l5,并且不破碎,易于搬运、安装。它可降低建筑物的

防火性能良好

 

这种阳光板的自燃温度为630℃,比木材自燃温度220℃高410℃。经国家防火建筑材料质量监督检验测试,各项指标均符合难燃材料的规定要求。按GB86241997标准测试,阳光板燃烧性能达到难燃·级,不会助长火势蔓延。

·老·化时间长

 

阳光板是通过抗紫外UV层与主料聚碳酸酯共挤工艺生产而成,从而保证了产品·紫..外线辐射的稳定性。它防止阳光板因老化而褪色以及透光率下降,该产品使用寿命达到十年以上。

良好的抗腐蚀性

 

阳光板在室温下能耐各种无机酸、弱碱、植物油、中性盐溶液、脂肪族烃及酒精的腐蚀。

耐侯性强

 

阳光板能适应从严寒到高温各种恶劣的天气变化,产品的低温脆化温度为100℃,高温变形温度为+146℃。在长期荷载作用下允许使用温度为一40℃-+120℃,在短期荷载作用下允许使用温度为一90~+135℃。在此范围内,板材不会出现明显

的变形和破坏。

不易结露

 

在一般情况下,当室外温度为0℃、室内温度为2 3℃、室内相对湿度达到40%时,玻璃的内表面就要结露。而在同样温差条件下采用阳光板,在室内相对湿度低于80%时,板的内表面不会结露。

隔热保温和隔音性能良好

 

阳光板的热膨胀系数为7.0×10-5MMCo”,阳光板的传热系数双层时为2.33.9WM2Co。阳光板由于有抗紫·外线保护层的特殊的中空结构,在厚度相同的条件下,阳光板比普通玻璃节能,能够降低建筑能耗。另外,特殊的中空结构,能

抗冲击韧性强

Sunshine panel, a new lighting and energy-saving decorative material, is a hollow and transparent engineering plastic sheet with good performance produced by polycarbonate. According to GB8624-1997 standard, the burning performance of sunshine panels reaches the first level of non-flammability, which will not promote the spread of fire. Anti-aging long-time sunshine panels are produced by co-extrusion process of anti-ultraviolet UV layer and polycarbonate, which ensures the stability of products against ultraviolet radiation. It prevents the sunshine panel from fading due to aging and decomposition, and decreases the transmittance. The product has a service life of more than ten years. Good corrosion resistance sunplate can resist the corrosion of various organic acids, inorganic acids, weak alkali, vegetable oil, neutral salt solution, aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohol at room temperature. Weatherproof strong sunshine plate can adapt to all kinds of adverse weather changes from cold to high temperature. The low temperature embrittlement temperature of the product is - 100 C, and the high temperature softening temperature is + 146 C. Under long-term load, the allowable service temperature is 140 -+120 (?) C, and under short-term load, the allowable service temperature is 190 (?) ~+135 (?). Within this range, there will be no obvious deformation and failure of the sheet. It is not easy to dew. In general, when the outdoor temperature is 0 C, the indoor temperature is 23 C and the indoor relative humidity reaches 40%, the inner surface of the glass will dew. Under the same temperature difference, when the indoor relative humidity is below 80%, the inner surface of the solar panel will not dew. The thermal expansion coefficient of the solar panel with good thermal insulation and sound insulation is 7.0 *10-5M/MCo, and the heat transfer coefficient of the solar panel with double layers is 2.3-3.9W/M2Co. Because of the special hollow structure with anti-ultraviolet protective layer, under the same thickness conditions, solar panels can save energy than ordinary glass and effectively reduce building energy consumption. In addition, the special hollow structure can effectively reduce noise and has good sound insulation effect. With good processability, the plasticity and flexibility of sunshine panels make them ideal materials for installing arch lighting roof and decorating other curved surfaces. At room temperature, bending can be carried out along the direction of ribs. The minimum bending radius of double-deck hollow solar panels is 175 times the thickness of the panels. Strong impact toughness sunshine panels can maintain good impact resistance for a long time in the range of - 40 120 C. Its impact strength is 10-27 times that of organic glass and 20-40 times that of ordinary glass. It is not easy to break in the course of transportation, installation and use, nor brittle fracture like glass. It can avoid harm to people or things, and has great security.
