U型结构阳光板除具有普通阳光板的优点之外，还解决了平面阳光板的繁琐安装过程，将不再使用不锈钢或者铝型材压条和胶水粘合等环节，给施工人员带来了轻便的工作流程。其采用的是“对扣式”与“搭扣式”设计，它大幅度的缩短了安装周期，而且接缝处密封性能好，不易产生漏水现象。U型连接结构能满足设计师想象力的设计要求，使其能摆脱材料局限，让设计方案更美观。广泛用于多种采用平面或是弯曲设计的屋顶和覆层。
T字紧固件将U型阳光板系统夹住并固定到构件上，无需在板材上钻孔。铝制密封条封住板材的下端，防止灰尘进入。
铝制F型材与板材的两个边接合到一起，完成整个结构的安装。
C或铝制连接件将板材连接到一起，连接件的两端则用堵头密封。
U型材（PC或铝制）或铝制F型材密封住板材的上端。
一、板材规格
U型板材采用多层结构，有8毫米、10毫米、18毫米和20毫米四种厚度。
标准U型阳光板双面都有UV保护层（也可以定做成只有一面有UV保护层）。
板材长度可根据需求定做（标准长度：6000MM）

C or aluminum connectors connect the plates together, and both ends of the connectors are sealed with plugs.
U profile (PC or aluminum) or aluminum f profile seals the upper end of the plate.
1、 Plate specification
The U-shaped plate adopts multi-layer structure and has four thicknesses of 8mm, 10mm, 18mm and 20mm.
Both sides of the standard U-shaped sunlight plate have UV protective layer (or it can be customized that only one side has UV protective layer).
